We tried at 3 different dealerships to purchased a SUV in a 2 month period. We went to Sewell and found a SUV that we liked, Jesse Saldana was very friendly and he was willing to deal with us. I was so discouraged at the potential $3000 service bill within 30 days on two vehicles, I was ready to go elsewhere tho with these two individuals. When my 17 year old son was hit by a tanker truck, his Ford Expedition was totaled. Robbie helped us but we were not going to be able to get the bigger vehicle like an Expedition. However, he knew how important durability, safety ratings, and quality were to me. He found a Lincoln Aviator with low mileage in excellent condition. The few things that needed to be repaired (cracked windshield,etc), he took care of. I took him at his word when he referred to vehicles meeting "Sewell-quality" and I was not disappointed. I have always done business with my small hometown dealer, but he wasn't able to help us this time.
