Arthur made sure all of the paperwork was in order (one tiny episode in the pre-paperwork, but that's because selling a vehicle out of country does present some challenges!) and assisted me in obtaining a notarized document for a horse trailer that I also purchased from California. I also shopped in my hometown in Alberta, Canada for a similar truck and the Ford dealers didn't have any in stock and my trip to the Chrysler dealer was much less fruitful. I was handed a set of keys and told to "go drive the truck" to see if I liked it. It didn't matter if I did like the truck, the service was awful, so I wouldn't buy from them. I would definitely recommend Sewell Ford as a place to purchase a vehicle, and did so many times on the trip home when people at service stations and other horse farms asked me about my new truck! He found us a great vehicle,a certified pre-owned 2010 Mercury Mariner, that not only we liked, but our daughter liked as well. Scott too was great, his attention to our financing needs was tremendous, he took excellent care of us and provided the financing we were looking for.
