Found Sewell Ford over the internet. I had been waiting to buy a 2011 F-250 since they were introduced in early 2010. They were the only dealer in a 200 mile radius that had the exact truck I wanted. There was no pressure to upgrade, add accessories, or consider something else, and he kept in constant communication during the process; answering all my questions. When we went to Odessa to purchase the truck I told Andrew that I had never bought a vehicle sight unseen & without driving. His response was that I was going to take it for a test drive before we did the paperwork which was what I wanted to hear. I received a very fair trade and when it came to the financing part Cain went through all of my options. Both Andrew and Cain were actually fun to visit with and seemed in no hurry to get us out of there so they could move on to the next customer. I am definitely recommending Sewell Ford to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More

Not only did he send me plenty of pictures of the car and answered every single question I had, he even went the extra mile by video taping the vehicle, pointing out any and all imperpections and sent it to me. Upon agreeing to purchase the car, he took care of all logistics to have his own driver trailer it out to me. I just can't say enough about the great service that I received. I have owned my Enclave for almost 2 months now and actually keep in touch with Andrew. Not only is he incredibly professional, he is a very pleasant, nice guy that I now consider to be a friend.
