Sewell Ford of Odessa has always been my first choice for vehicles from my Ford Ranger to my new Ford Mustang. They are not your typical car sales people i was not pressured into signing anything i went home vehicles from my Ford Ranger to my new Ford Mustang. At the first moment of walking up and asking for George (who had answered questions on the phone that morning), immediately both George and Robbie knew "mom" meant business. I was extended every courtesy and respect for the knowledge I had obtained and the questions I would be asking. Both also referred frequently to my daughter who was to own the car. The CARFAX (expensive one) was immediately presented, answering multiple concerns before driving and liking the car. Possible front-end alignment problem was discussed and assured of review or repair, now acceptance of vehicle promptly took place. Cain Quintana helped to provide the ideal situation for my daughter and was exceptional. Believe me, from a severely poor experience when I purchased a new car back in June 1995, I would not even dream of returning to Sewell. I had even had sstated many times in review phone calls, even a conversation with Collin Sewell about 7 years ago that my mind would not change. Well, PIGS ARE FLYING, and HELL HATH FROZEN OVER!! I will return, after such an exceptional experience, and if a FORD is in the future SEWELL is a place I will shop!! More

This was the 1st time we were able to buy a car from a dealership due to credit problems & the experience was great. Since our credit isn't in the greatest shape the banks declined us a crdit line but th dealership due to credit problems & the experience was great. We were pleasantly suprized to have Mr. Sewell sign off & allow us to have an inhouse finance thru his company. I cannot express how extatic we were to be given this kind of gift. Hopefully within the next 5 years we will be able to return & get an even newer car. Anytime anyone I know needs a new or used car I know exactly who I'll tell them to visit. I searched on internet looking for a 2012 Boss 302 Mustang, Andrew replied telling me what he had coming and it was a first quarter build. I called and set up an appointment for a saturday to have my Mustang, Andrew replied telling me what he had coming and it was a first quarter build. I called and set up an appointment for a saturday to have my trade in appraised, which was a very fair appraisal, we made the deal to purchase the new Boss. Now the great customer service started with checking on VIN numbers so I could get A copy of the window sticker before the car was built. Then called Andrew wanting him to order Boss floor mats for the car, He got the VIN to his parts manager to check for availability and cost called me then ordered them with no questions of payment. Then the call that my new Boss was on the showroom floor waiting for me, had to wait four days before I could go and get, longest four days of my life. Monday 3-28-2011 my wife and I arrived and there was the new Boss sitting with SOLD signs in the windows. Then while doing paper work I asked Andrew for a copy of the invoice and also paper work showing from time car was built to delivery at Sewell Ford. After I showed the Andrew the invoice for my 69 Boss, he knew that I was starting a book on my newest collector car, now any thing Andrew gets concerning the new Boss he sends me a copy. After the paper work and explanation of the Boss and its working we had a picture taking session starting with driving off show room floor to Andrew taking picture of my wife and I with the new Boss, what a great day and what a group of great people. Will I do business with Andrew and Britt again you bet! Would I recommend Andrew, Britt and Sewell you bet! Thanks again guys what a neat car. Brandon and Cain made my purchase of my dream truck stress free and enjoyable.
