This was by far the best experience I have ever had when buying a car. Everyone, from the sales manger, who greeted us the minute we drove onto the lot (and knew who we were!) to Brandon Utley, our salespe buying a car. I had gotten pre-approved over the internet, picked out the car (which was exactly as advertised) over the internet, and spoke to Brandon multiple times by e-mail and by phone to set up the deal, and get a price for my trade-in. All of this was done before I ever drove onto the used car lot. Once there, the sale was completed in about an hour, which is great, because I live in a small town about 2 1/2 hours away. These people know what they are doing, and how to treat people. I was extremely impressed and will definitely use them for all of my automotive needs from now on. I cannot recommend Sewell Ford highly enough. I love my "new" used car - it is beautiful, and I feel I got the best price out there. More

He was able to do all of this long distance, by phone and email and then go out of his way to meet us and deliver the car part way between Houston and Odessa, saving us the long trip to Odessa. We hesitated in contacting Sewell Ford and Paul because he is our brother-in-law and because of the distance between Houston and Odessa. We were not sure we could handle a long-distance sale and did not want to waste his or his company's time looking for a car and have us back out because of the distance involved.
