Not only did he help me score my truck but I got a real low apr on it, now we needed to upgrade our vehicle to allow for a bigger family and once again Franco delivered with our purchase of our new 2010 Explorer, he is an excellent salesmen who has changed our perceptions of the typical shrewed car salesmen and has our business for life. Not only did Franco do his job the first time, he went above and beyond it and has not forgotten his customers, it feels nice to get a letter in the mail as well as calls asking how we are enjoying our vehicle. THAT is excellent customer service that is very appreciated, he has a very nice & polite assistant with Chelsea and both remember to call us by name. Arthur Montoya, the finance expert was very quick, & knowledgeable in his job as well and not only did we get an even lower APR than my truck, he had us out of there in about 30 minutes!! True to their word Ford delivered by giving us a fantastic low APR thus the reason will we remain Ford AND Sewell customers More

Well I wish that I had the same great things to say about my trip to the car lot. My wife and I had already test drove a car that she liked from another dealership in another town. We drove by and looked at my trip to the car lot. My wife and I had already test drove a car that she liked from another dealership in another town. We drove by and looked at the car after hours at the Sewell dealership. I called ahead to make sure the car was still available. When it was I made it clear that I wanted to come in and get a deal going right away because I would not be driving the car anyways. He wasted my time trying to show me features that I was already aware of. I was up front that my credit was not the best. And when I turned down their first offer, Jason told me that maybe we were "looking at the wrong car". By the way we got the car, a used ford flex limited with all the bells and whistles. I felt very insulted. The gentleman in finance turned things around and got me on my way. Due to the fact that it was late once the deal got done they were unable to get the car detailed. No big deal. Jason said that he would get in touch with my wife to schedule a time to come back to Odessa to get the detail done, walk her through getting the Bluetooth working, and assist with the satellite radio connection. Well he blew her off for a day and then rescheduled twice for her to come into town to get this done. She finally gets there, he sees her over to the detail shop and then leaves her there. Four hours later another salesman notices that this woman has been sitting there for a long time. Is kind enough to help out, and finds that my wife's car has been sitting there done for about two and a half hours. As you might imagine I make a few calls and the sales manager calls me back and apologizes for the incident and I feel better. Today I walk out side to go to work and notice that the paper tags are still on the car and that they expired on 5-21-11. Yes five days ago. That's strange because I thought that it was my salesman job to call me and let me know they were in. Or if he is too chicken to call me, just mail them to my address so I can put them on myself. I make another call to the dealership and the very nice woman has to put me on hold and then give me the " Our computers are running slow " line. I'm sure because she can't believe that she has to tell me that the tags have been sitting in Jason's office since 5-6-11. TWENTY DAYS. I drove straight there to get them and he made an attempt to be professional but I blew off his hand shake and his small talk. If you go to Sewell ford to buy. Make sure you get somebody other that Jason Lemond to help you out. More

I was very please with the service we recieved. I began working with Andrew Peterson in Internet Sales and he sent me to Midland and Odessa, Texas, and Sewell Ford is the absolute BEST dealership! I began working with Andrew Peterson in Internet Sales and he sent me to David Baldwin. Andrew and his group and David Baldwin worked very hard for us and were genuine and sincere in earning our business and getting us approved for the Tahoe we wanted at the right price, and with the monthly payments we needed. We cannot say enough about their professionalism and care that they extended to us! They do business "the old fashioned way." I would love to list the other dealerships that were horrible and provided NO customer service, but will refrain from doing so. We have and will continue to recommend Sewell Ford to our friends and family, and look forward to doing more business with Sewell and David Baldwin in the future. When you go to the used car lot, you get first hand service from David and Larry, and their finance department. It is a "one on one" experience. Their commercials are TRUE!
