I searched on-line first and did all of my homework and knew exactly what I wanted when I finally made the decision as to what I really wanted in a used car. Sewell had exactly what I wanted with more bells and whistles than what I was expecting. I contacted them via the internet first and recieved a response from Andrew within a few minutes. He was supportive kind and best of all.....not a pushy salesperson. He gently led me in the right direction and when I got to the dealership Aaron was waiting on me to show and test drive my soon to be new car. I knew what I wanted and he never tried to talk me into something else. Every question I threw at Aaron he had the answer for. His product knowledge was the best. I appreciate that he didn't try to waste my time by showing me cars I wasn't intrested in. Decision was made and next was the intro to Shane Dixon finance dept. Shane had a way of making you feel right at home setting in his office. He was totally professional in the way he took care of my business but he also made me feel like I was a new friend. One of the best parts of this experiance was the treatment from everyone. They not only treated me like I was visiting royality ....they treated each other the same way.
