This is the second auto I have purchased from this merchant. The last one was in February. I buy used so my reference is to the used car lot. This time, I was not stuck on a particular vehicle which made it difficult for him, but he kept giving me leads. I now have a pickup that he sold me. It was with the help of Mr. Richards that the two of them were able to work out a deal I could feel good about. Now that the buyers remorse and highs are gone, I can attest that the treatment I received and the care they showed. Then to top it off, when I went to finance the person that took care of me there, Arthur Montoya went out of his way to locate a lender that would give me 2.1%. But, he had to go the extra mile to find that place. He was easy to deal with... I have often said that the real pain inflicted on the customers is in finance. Sometimes, it is as though they work in dungeons and you will not leave there on your terms. Not the case with Arthur. Can't say enough about the good feelings I have towards these three persons.
