Paul and Cain were both great to my family and I. We came in knowing what we wanted but werent sure if it would be possible. Paul helped us locate the vehicle, did an outstanding job of presenting the 2011 F in knowing what we wanted but werent sure if it would be possible. Paul has also taken very good care of us after the sale, making sure that he can get the small things we needed. I went into Sewell Ford, with the vehicle and price in mind. My salesman Dale, was courteous, friendly, and most importantly very helpful. There was no games or anything, just straight, honest, and fair. I went to see Omar for the financing. Omar was also very friendly and helpful. I thought it was going to me a long process, I was wrong. I was in and out of finance. The longest part of my wait, was my phone to add the vehicle to my insurance policy. After the car was washed and fueled, Dale walked me through all my features and Sync, he even programmed my phone. I could not imagine that buying a new car would be easy as it was, but Dale and Omar were professionals and are great people. I would recommend them to everyone.
