Robert was very friendly. He went the extra mile to find the car we wanted. We wanted a certain color and bench seat in middle. He programed all our addresses and our telephone in the car. He showed us all about the extras in the car. The one we traded in was bought from another dealer and they didn't do anything for us. We had to get our son to program it for us because we are not very computer savy. I would recommend him to anyone. He even called us the next day to see if we had in questions. More
