I was able to get a Ford Escape Hybrid, new enough to be under warranty, well priced enough that I could afford it, and with the MANY features I wanted. I had looked at numerous other dealers in many other states but chose to use Sewell and the Utley's because they were the only people who could deliver. Not only that, but in this precarious situation, I felt confident enough to buy the vehicle site unseen. This transaction could have wiped me out financially, but it was incredibly comforting to deal with such kind, trustworthy and conscientious folks. With the Utley's help, I had the unseen vehicle shipped to me in Virginia!!! I love the Ford, but more importantly, my faith in the goodness of strangers has been restored. More
