I have been doing business with Sewell Ford for many years having purchased around 40 vehicles over the years. They range from small to large vehicles with the large rigged up as roustabout trucks. thro years having purchased around 40 vehicles over the years. They range from small to large vehicles with the large rigged up as roustabout trucks. throughout this process we have developed a excellent relationship with Robbie, Ramiro and Paul. all these men have been exceptional in their respective jobs.The rest of the dealershiphas also been good in the dealings i have had with them as well. the service department has been doing me a good job resolving truck problems even though they are sometimes overwelmed with large quanities of service work. The parts department has aslo been very good, knowledgable and friendly. My overall outlook is one of respect for the whole process. I have in the past recommended them to family, friends, and business associates..Cudos to yall!!!! Especially Paul, Ramiro, and Robbie as they are my mainstays. Be seeing yall again soon. Don Holdridge was THE BEST car salesman I have ever dealt with. He was patient and did not pressure me as i looked through there stock. Once I made my decision and started the paper work, he was very helpful and a complete gentleman. This man is the way all salesmen should be. The best and easiest car buying process i have ever been through. Cain was also helpful and knowledgeable. He got me approved pretty quickly. He thought the interest rate was too high and worked on my behalf to get it lowered. I truly feel i got the best possible deal because of cain's hard work and thoroughness. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to purchase a new automobile. I would highly suggest seeking out Mr Holdridge for what will surly be the best car buying experience possible. Sewell Pre-Owned was the first dealership we visited and ended up being the only one. Josh Phillips was the salesman who helped me find a car to fit my needs. He seemed to be a man of integrity, was pleasant to deal with, and was helpful. The 2011 Toyota Venza I purchased was still under warranty. It had a loose rear-view mirror and Josh called me the next business day and told me he had made arrangements for me to take the car to the Toyota dealership that afternoon to be repaired, which I did. Again, I appreciate the prompt service and helpfulness. It made a process which I was dreading into a pleasant experience. Collin Sewell is a member of my church and I would expect nothing less of his dealership." More

I was searching for a mid-size crossover vehicle and had researched on-line for the make and models I was interested in test driving to consider for purchase. I visited Sewell Ford first because the Ford E researched on-line for the make and models I was interested in test driving to consider for purchase. I visited Sewell Ford first because the Ford Escape was my first choice. Don Holdridge approached me and after test driving the Escape, he asked me if I had ever considered the Ford Flex. I gave him a "are you crazy?" look because I had already explained the price range that my family was comfortable at. We had been pre-approved with our local credit union. He stated that he understood but that they had a 2012 Ford Flex in stock at our price range. So excitedly, I test drove the Flex. It was everything I wanted. Power windows/locks, keyless entry, and satellite radio. But, I let him know that I was continuing my test drives in order to have a second option in case we were not able to secure financing for the Flex. He encouraged me to apply with the dealership in order to see what our finance options might be. I did decide on purchasing the Flex after test driving several other vehicles in town. My husband and I met with Don who helped us confirm purchase price which both my husband and I were very satisfied with. Arthur Montoya completed the financing paperwork for us after offering us the 0% interest for 60 months with $1,000 rebate. We could not have been offered a better rate with our credit union. After purchase, I attempted to activate Sirius Radio on the vehicle but had problems. After much aggravation and frustration, and searching on the web, I realized that the vehicle was not equipped to access satellite radio. I was very upset and considered cancelling my purchase. I e-mailed the dealership with my very dissatisfied concerns. First thing Monday morning I received a call from the Vice-President of Sales. Mr. Merrill was most understanding, and offered to equip my Flex at no cost to me. However, I declined his offer because I realized that there was no malicious intent in what had happened. Rather it was just a lack of communication and understanding, mostly on my part. Sewell's representative were all very professional in their service and especially in trying to make right what I felt at one point to be a deception. I am very pleased and happy with my new vehicle. I had wanted one in 2008/2009 when they first came out but I couldn't afford one then and thought I still couldn't today. But because Don Holdridge took the time to present it to me as an option, including financing through Ford Motor Credit, I am now a very proud owner of the vehicle I want. Sewell Ford in Odessa has lived up to their reputation of integrity, and professionalism in our community. More

God answered my prayers with a phone call from Mr. Arthur saying we got us into a new car. I would recommend Sewell to anyone because if it were not for Mr. Matta encouraging us along with Arthur telling us and showing us they would take care of us we would have given up.
