Would I recommend Sewell for service? Maybe. I would like to think they are better than yesterdays experience. Yesterday, I delivered my F-150 truck for an oil change and tire rotate a little before my like to think they are better than yesterdays experience. Yesterday, I delivered my F-150 truck for an oil change and tire rotate a little before my 11:00 am appointment. At 1:30 pm, though no one had called I went back to the dealership. I was told then, after they had it for 2.5 hrs, that it would be another 45 minutes admitting they had not yet started. I waited in the dealership until 2:28 pm when the truck was done. The young lady who worked there was very friendly and could not have been nicer but in the end 3.5 hrs seems like a lot of time to expect customers to wait for such a simple task. I previously owned a Toyota Tundra and never waited more than 1 to 1.5 hours for the same work at Toyota of Midland. Maybe I was just spoiled. More
