When I saw the truck I was interested in Efrain took me inside and told me all the rebates and savings available and even figured the price I would pay with a close estimate on my monthly payment. Efrain went ahead and did a credit check and had the monthly payment figured out before I left. He did not pressure me to go ahead and make up my mind at the time, knowing I had other places to look and prices to compare. Went to Rogers Ford in Midland Texas who told me they could beat Sewells prices, but when I told them the price Sewell offered me they told me that that was a good offer and they could not beat it. I also did Consumer Report new car pricing which they tell you what the dealer pays for the vehicle and what they pay for all the extras. After doing all the math and coming up with an offer I could make to Sewell, Sewells price that was offered to me was already at that price, so I didn't even have to negotiate a different price. I waited several days before making up my mind to purchase this truck and called Efrain and setup a time to come in and do the paperwork. Christal handled the paper work and was very experienced in what she did. Very friendly with you while she printed out and explained each piece of paper work while you sign and intilize each piece. Everyone was very friendly and no pressure to try and get you to buy. More

Ron Newby was very informative and helpful. I greatly appreciated his customer service. When I spoke with him over the phone about what cars I was interested in, he made sure he had them all out for me t appreciated his customer service. When I spoke with him over the phone about what cars I was interested in, he made sure he had them all out for me to look at and was very informative about the car on the test drive as well as after purchasing the car on how to set certain features on my car. Overall I am very pleased at the service provided by these individuals and to know that Sewell has loaner cars for when your car will need to be worked on. GIven I was skeptical at this, the were very assuring and went as far as to put this in writting. Thank you for your customer service. More
