When it came to the test drive, he wasn't pushy or trying to sell me off on gimmicks like many salesman I've encountered, as he noticed my toying with some of the features on the "Ford Touch" he guided me through it and gave great details. After I was approved for the truck Christal helped me with all the signing and financial stuff. She made everything simple and had a great personality! I kept both of their business cards to hand to friends that were interested in buying a Ford because I knew they would be in great hands with these two. I didnt really work with Andrew ,but he was there making conversation with us as we waited to get to Author to get us to our paper signing , Auther was also really great to deal with never did I feel uncomfortable through out this whole process . I been to many Dealer ships and always felt the rudness and pressure and not once did I feel that here Every one In the office was just so friendly , they all had smiles on their face and greeted us . The wait was a little long but I understand it was busy and every one was trying to get to every customer . To me it was worth the wait . With the need of an additional vehicle I contacted Mario again in February 2013 to purchase the newly designed Ford Fusion. Although Mario had transferred to a different area of the Sewell team, he was there throughout the entire transaction as well as follow up. He introduced me to David Gomez who was extremely helpful in getting me the best possible rate and deal and all this was accomplished without the feel of being passed on to someone else. I definitely recognized the "team" effort given to me for this purchase. In addition I would like to recognize Cristal Jordon on the closing of my transaction.
