Efrain did an excellent job showing us all the "bells and whistles" of the truck. Even Synced up my husband's phone will we were there. There was also a man named Michael that I assume was a service tech by his uniform that went out of his way to get keys to a vehicle on the lot so we could look at the inside. Also a man named Jeff that was quite cordial and asked if we were being well taken care of. Sewell was able to get us a quick appt to get the bed liner installed after purchase.
