After begging old man Don in new cars for two weeks to order me an explorer, I went to new trucks. I talked to Jeff and Betz, they not only ordered my explorer sport, but two weeks after delivery sold me order me an explorer, I went to new trucks. After having my car totaled in a wreck 3 wks ago I found myself needing a car fast. I have bought from Sewell in the past and knew they would treat me right. I was not wrong. I had a Mountaineer and would have bought another if they made them still. Because I absolutely loved my vehicle I was in no mood to shop for anything. We have used Ron Newby in the past and love him but he was out sick so they sent us over to the used lot. I did not like any of the new ford or lincolns out there at this time. The used car manager, Robbie Richards, sat us down asked what I needed and wanted in a vehicle. He threw some out there and we began test driving. After beginning to feel frustrated that there was nothing out there anywhere close to what I had I was ready to give up. Robbie had left the best for last though. After driving the Infiniti it was a no brainer that this was the car but I was still torn. Robbie let me drive the vehicle home so I could get a feel about how it would perform day to day. This was exactly what I needed. I called him Monday and told him it was the one. He gave us a great deal and sent us to Brandon Utley and Kara Utley to begin the paperwork. Once that was done we were ready for finance. Omar was great in guiding us through the financial part of it. My husband absolutely hates buying cars and he commented as we left that this was the best experience he has ever had. The whole group was amazing. We felt like we were given the royal treatment from beginning to end. I have sent people to Sewell in the past for new cars but now I know that the used guys are just as capable and awesome. More

Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. I was able to look at, drive, and purchase a new truck without that old "sticky" feeling of dealing with the classic slick back haired car salesman.
