Our experience at Sewell Ford, with Rod Newby was excellant, because he helped us find the right vehicle for our daughter. We were looking at one type of vehicle and he showed us to other types and excellant, because he helped us find the right vehicle for our daughter. We were looking at one type of vehicle and he showed us to other types and styles until we found the right vehicle for the price and style we realized we wanted. Our experience with Andrew Peterson was great because he explained cost and financing to us so that we could understand what we needed and which direction we needed to go with downpayment and trade so we could fit it easily into our budget. Our experience with Christal was also great because she was able to give us multiple options and find the right rebates and discounts for us. She also explained, very well, all of the options for us to take advantage of to help protect our vehicle and ourselves and still keep us within our budget. Thank you to everyone who helped us here at Sewell Ford. This is our third vehicle to purchase here at Sewell Ford since 2009 and our experience has been exceptional each and every time. In shopping for a new car for my daughter, we had narrowed it down to twelve different models and makes - the primary criteria of what she thought to be "pretty." Then after doing research online, we cut the choices in half to six. In the meantime, an excellent friend and respected Odessa businessman kept telling to go to Sewell and talk to Vance Lane. he told me that he hd bought five of his last six vehicles from Vance and did not have a single complaint about any of them. In fact he was quite sure that he could give me a better deal than I would get anywhere else. Yet even after this endorsement, my daughter narrowed her choices down to four vehicles, one of which happened to be the Ford Fusion. She narrowed it down between the Fusion and the Toyota Camry, and to be honest, she finally decided on the Camry. But the folks at the Toyota place did not seem to be willing to work with me on price and down payment. I went back to Mr. Steve Lane and he told me that he would see what he could do. Then Mr. Vance Lane said that he would let his guy - Mr. Arthur Montoya - work on it. The next day, we had a deal worked out that suited everyone and my daughter got a car she absolutely loves. I can now see why my friend recommended Seweel Ford so highly. More

Wow- I am really impressed with the teamwork in new cars at this dealership! Vance Lane was the person recommended to us as a salesman, but he had to cancel the day we had an appointment with him. We were at this dealership! Vance Lane was the person recommended to us as a salesman, but he had to cancel the day we had an appointment with him. We were turned over to Don Holdridge, who was super laid-back and showed us the Expedition ELs we came to purchase. I asked him to show us a Flex, so that I could confirm that it was too small for our needs. To our surprise, both my husband and I liked the Flex and thought it would be large enough for our family, now that two of our sons are in college. We eventually decided to test drive it, and Don showed us the features of it. When we decided to purchase a Flex, Don found us several from nearby dealerships and kept in touch with me to see if they met our needs, since Sewell did not have a Limited in stock. Don was great about making sure to check back with me while understanding that our family was caught up in other activities and needed time for the car decision. We eventually made a decision and came in to negotiate price on a Flex, but we just could not come to an agreement with the dealership. Just as we were having to leave and go back to work, Andrew Petersen came in and made us an offer on a Flex that Sewell had in stock- it did not have the one feature that I had REALLY wanted, but for the price he offered, we decided it was way too good to pass up. We bought it and are very happy with it! I was really impressed with Andrew's quick thinking in figuring out a deal that would make both the dealership and we, the customers, happy. In financing, Arthur Montoya did some kind of magic with the paperwork, and he had us out of there in about 10 minutes, maybe less... unbelievable! The next day I called Don to tell him that the phone synch wasn't working, and he came to Midland to troubleshoot it. When he couldn't fix it, he had Britt Stone call to make an appointment to fix it the next day. I cannot say enough about the teamwork of all of these men and their professionalism- they did go the "extra mile" for us. This is the second new car we have purchased from Sewell, and this is the second excellent experience we've had. We really prefer to buy locally, and Sewell is a great place to do business. Jerry Gattis worked really hard for us. Made lots of calls to find the exact Explorer we wanted. Ended up getting an XLT instead of a Limited but overall, we are very satisfied. (Would have preferred the Limited because of the "extras".) Jerry delivered our Explorer to our home in Midland and spent a lot of time explaining how everything worked and downloaded our I-phones for us. We will be shopping for another vehicle for my husband in the near future and we will definitely contact Jerry 1st. Adrian Rubio was very friendly and efficient. Overall, we were quite impressed with Sewell Ford of Odessa. More
