Entered the dealership with intentions of buying a used car. However after a test drive and visiting with the salesman, it was apparent that we were going to purchase a new vehicle. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the vehicles he was promoting. That makes it easy to decide when a sales staff can answer the questions you may have about a vehicle option etc..We went on a few test drives and had time to ask questions and the salesman was not in a hurry to try and make a sale. It is very important to me not to be pushed. Once we had decided on what vehicle to purchase the finance manager took over and the overall experience most of the time is like pulling teeth, but I knew this person from another Sewell location where I had purchased another vehicle. He was very pleasant and made buying a new vehicle virtually trouble free. My experience with Sewell is a good one based on I personally know a few of the staff for several years. Once again I am satisfied with my purchase and most likely will buy from Sewell again . Thanks for the professionalism displayed.
