The sales manager along with my sales person Jake Pettit were extremely helpful in helping me find the vehicle that I could afford but also one that I really liked as I was looking to upgrade to a newer one were extremely helpful in helping me find the vehicle that I could afford but also one that I really liked as I was looking to upgrade to a newer one. They were both very professional & attentive to what I wanted & once I decided on the 2013 Escape they made every effort to get me the deal I needed so that I could afford it. I really needed to get the financing accepted by a good financial institution and Arthur Montoya went the extra mile to do just that. My credit is good but not excellent and when I was told I would need my Husband as a co signer for additional income I was really worried because he has no credit and I did not want to have to pay a high interest rate because of that so when Arthur gave me the name of a credit union that would finance us I was not going to accept because the interest rate was too high so I was thinking the deal was not going to happen & I would just have to start looking somewhere else but then Arthur never gave up & tried one last time with one that had previously declined us & he made it happen. We got the financing we needed with Ford Motor Credit at a great interest rate and now my Husband can start building a credit history. I will refer my relatives and friends to this dealership & especially to these guys because they went the extra mile to help me out and to me that's what customer service is all about, "the customer". WOW!! I have lived in the Permian Basin for over 23 years and have worked with other dealers previously. NEVER have I EVER been treated with the courtesy and respected that I received at Sewell Ford. When the exact vehicle I wanted wasn't readily available in the area, the sales team went into overdrive to find the perfect car. I love my Ford Escape. It is precisely what I wanted. Sewell was able to give me a fair value for my trade-in after other local dealers insulted me with their offers. The finance department was happy to work with my lender with whom I already had a pre-approval.
