The Sewell Voltswagon dealership was the third stop in my quest to shop for a new car. It is here that I experienced some of the friendliest sales consultants. Upon arriving, we were greeted by Scott and he quest to shop for a new car. It is here that I experienced some of the friendliest sales consultants. Upon arriving, we were greeted by Scott and he indicated that a consultant would be with us promptly....we had no intention of buying that day; we were more in a research mode collecting information for a purchas at a later time. JD came out and greeted us; he began with getting to know us and our needs in a vehicle. The thing I enjoyed the most was when JD asked us if we were familiar with the Voltswagon product and when my husband and myself indicated that we were not; he took the time to show us around the new vehicle lot discussing all of the features on each class of the VW selection....even though we had indicated that had no intention of buying, he still took the time to spend with us. Upon finding my Passat he said he'd go get the keys so we could take a look inside of it. Once he opened the car; he turned it on and encouraged us climb inside and take a seat- he asked which one of us was going to be the primary driver and i quickly raised my hand and motioned for me to come and sit in the driver seat. He even asked us what kind of music we liked and tuned the XM radio to my favorite station. I loved how there was no pressure and rush; JD than encouraged us to take the Passat for a test drive; While driving, I was hooked, I fell in love and knew it was meant for me. JD worked with us to begin the application process as well as the complete the paperwork to make our trade appraisel easy. Upon receiving the approval of financial; JD drove us over to the finance office where Ramiro walked us through our financial process by explaining our terms of the loan. JD, Scott, and Ramiro made my car shopping experience one of the best that I have ever had. I enjoy my Passat and thank the Sewell Voltswagon dealership for their commitment and hard work to great customer service. More

I am a full-time Christian missionary and needed to trade in my '06 Jeep Wrangler for something with better gas mileage due to my travel schedule but I had no money to spare. Through Jake and Cain's persistence in finding the right car and making the numbers work out, I left the dealership with a nice used Ford Focus that gets more than double the gas mileage, is a lot newer than my Jeep, and has way less miles. Our sales representative (Terez Lyons) was very patient and attentive to our initial buying guidelines. He showed us a variety of vehicles both used and new that fit our desires and budget. He took us on several test drives and answered each of our numerous questions thoroughly. Once we had made a selection, he and Scott Hefty made quick work of the initial financing approval. We were then escorted to Arthur Montoya's office where the remainder of the paperwork was begun. A computer system problem prevented full completion of the documents and arrangements were made to remedy this situation at our convenience. All of the Sewell personnel we encountered were professional, friendly and courteous. This was the best experience I have ever had with an automobile dealership - bar none. More

JD was very informative about all the vehicles we test drove, and even helped me over the phone one day, when I had a minor issue with my car,(I didn't know that the steering wheel and brakes would lock and could be unlocked with a simple turn of the key and steering wheel at the same time haha), and he quickly fixed the problem!
