I have known Collin Sewell, Aaron Galindo and JD Granado since they were all young men. They all have always been men of character and dignity. For this reason I chose to buy at Sewell Ford. Lately, Sewell has been willing to meet the pricing we have received in those bigger cities. From the start, this other employee phoned Ron for me and offered me and my wife a bottled water while we waited. Ron appeared within a few minutes, courteous as always, and soon we were test-driving a Focu offered me and my wife a bottled water while we waited. Ron appeared within a few minutes, courteous as always, and soon we were test-driving a Focus and a Fusion. We selected the Fusion after Ron did the initial paperwork. He took us across the street to Arthur's office where the final paperwork was done. Arthur was also very friendly and courteous. After that, we returned to Ron's office where he explained the details of the car--the phone, the radio, etc. He was very thorough. Our car was later washed, and we were given a "borrowed car" while our car was being given the final touches. Andrew, I believe, was initially working with Ron about what my monthly payments would be if I selected the Fusion or the Focus. All in all, we are completely satisfied with everyone mentioned in making our transition from one car to a new one a great Ford experience. And we'll see you in three years! More
