Great buying experience! The salesman, Jason, was not pushy at all and was very helpful and accommodating. The one downside, I have to admit, was the detailing team. There were some spots missed but it’s something I expect because a new owner is always going to find the littlest thing to pick out. What I did not find acceptable was that the bed of the truck had not even been touched. At $68,000, I expect that it would have been cleaned if it had the chance to make it into the sales lot. Also, there was a gooseneck ball stuck in the bed, they removed the chain loops but left the headache of removing the ball to me. It would have been fine, it wasn’t that difficult to remove, but they could have at least left me the chain loops also. More

Horrible service, poor communication, lack of description . Would never recommend, Just a few words to say the least. Drove 6 hours for a truck I put a down payment on and it didnt not meet the description, . Would never recommend, Just a few words to say the least. The driver side mirror had a huge crack. It's a certified preowned truck which goes through a 172 point inspection and seems to me that they really didnt do that. The interior was a mess and they didnt even wash it . Still waiting on a Visa gift card the salesman promised to get it detailed . More
