DON'T BUY FROM SEWELL CADILLAC OF GRAPEVINE - HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! I have bought many cars from Sewell over the years - BMW (primarily) and Lexus and have always had an excellent experience. Sewell Cadillac of Grapevine however was the worst car experience my wife and I have ever had. I spent a ton of time researching a car for my wife who needed to trade into a different vehicle fairly quickly because of her personal situation. The salesperson was great and we finalized the deal. When our vehicle came in a couple of days later - we went to pick it up. The vehicle had a ripple through the dashboard and a mark in the paint on the front bumper. That's when Management got involved and the experience when downhill. We were told by the Sales Manager that this special tri-coat white paint (a $1225 option) is going to have blemishes like this and that all cars are hand made so you can't expect them to be perfect with regards to the dash. Then we got the GM involved and it got worse. He said the ripple in the dash wasn't that bad and at that point the sun was going down and although I could still see the blemish in the paint on the front bumper he said he couldn't. When we were all together I asked the Sales Associate about it (who saw it with me a little earlier) and he said he thought it really depended on the light. So after the GM told me several more times he doesn't see any problem with the paint I asked him to pull it in the new car delivery garage which was right next to us to look at it. He flat out said he wasn't going to do that. So essentially he was calling me a liar. So what you get with Sewell Cadillac of Grapevine is Management that doesn't value the customer and certainly doesn't strive for Sewell's goal of "customers for life" - which I was until this horrendous experience with management. The next day on Sunday I did more research and on Monday we went to Frank Kent Cadillac of Arlington and had an outstanding experience. So if you are shopping for Cadillacs in the DFW area drive right past Sewell Cadillac of Grapevine and head to Frank Kent of Arlington - where you will get a great car buying experience like we did from the Sales Associate, Sales Manager, Finance Director and everyone we came in contact with!! More

This is how every dealer should conduct business and their business practices should be considered a standard for the industry. Top notch! Elizabeth was awesome, even picked me up at the airport. Absolutely great when presenting and explaining a real GM (Cadillac) warranty, No third party crap here. We practically had the deal done upon my arrival and Kevin spent a good deal of time showing me every button and gizmo. Got the app all ready to go. I drove the Escalade over 500 miles home and it was perfect. I will also leave this here - not related to the dealership per se. GM Supercruise is the bomb! I think of the 7h drive home all interstate, my hands had to touch the wheel 5 minutes. Amazing how the lane change logic has been adopted. More

Last week I was on a time crunch and had 30 min to drop in and get my car washed. Kenneth greeted me and listened to my time challenge, then told me not to worry that he would take care of this and stay wi in and get my car washed. Kenneth greeted me and listened to my time challenge, then told me not to worry that he would take care of this and stay with the car until it was washed and be back in my time frame. He did just that. He went way out of his way to make sure that I was happy and he did what he said he was going to do. He certainly exhibited the type of customer service that Sewell is known for. I just wanted to recognize him for a job well done. More
This is the worst service I have ever had at a dealership. I have been taking my car to Sewell for a problem GM is aware of for the last few months. The people here are rude!! I pulled up to the dealership to return the loaner. No one and I do mean no one came up to greet me. They had people sitting on the drive with the nerve to stare at me. They proceeded to help others right in front me. As if I didn't exist!! So I get out and walk to someone to notify them I was bringing the car back. The service guy directed me to an office that was handling my ticket. I went in and they told me my car would be out shortly. After waiting for at least 15 more minutes. They finally drove my car up on the drive. No one came to get me to tell me the car was on the drive nothing. My son and I just went and got in the car and drove off!! No apology, no call!!! Ridiculous!! Their commercials are all lies!! More
Sewell Cadillac treated me just like a Cadillac customer even though I purchased a pre-owned car. My sales person (Haley) brought the car to my office for the test drive. Took my 2012 CTS in for service. Two days without any contact or report on my car so I called dealership. My tech had already gone home so I was told that he would call back “first thing” the next day. “First thing” was after 3 in the afternoon. He told me they are having a problem finding a part. It has been a week and they still do not have one of the parts with no estimate on how long this repair is going to take and NOT ONE IFFER OF A LOANER CAR!!! Will never take either of my Cadillac cars to this dealership, nor will I ever think about buying a car from them in the future. Stay away!!!!! More
