Horrible Financial Dept. By far the very worst experience i ever had with purchasing a vehicle. I have the same bank finance all 5 of my cars since I was 21 and BMW of Plano ( By far the very worst experience i ever had with purchasing a vehicle. I have the same bank finance all 5 of my cars since I was 21 and BMW of Plano (Tim Walker) refuse to accept my financing. The Finance Manager seem as if he was upset because I would not unlock my credit score through the credit bureaus. I had no reason to, I already was approved through my local credit union. So he told my loan officer that he must be wired the money 1st before he do anything which is not normal practice when getting a car financed. I hate to say it was racially motivated but when you drive 3 hours back home towards Houston and buy the same car without any issues. So basically I drove over 5 hours and was told by my salesman Fred that everything was ok then when I get there it’s a totally different issue is beyond me. The most horrible, miserable, depressing experience of my life as a young 31 year old male...smh More
