Excellent Service! I recently had my X3 in for a routine service, and it was noted while in the shop that I had a leaking valve gasket cover. The repair was expensive, I recently had my X3 in for a routine service, and it was noted while in the shop that I had a leaking valve gasket cover. The repair was expensive, but the Service Advisor, Mallory McCormick, and the Service Manager, Chuong Nguyen, went to bat for me with BMW to see if they could lower the cost of the repair. They were successful in doing so, and I truly appreciated their help, which made the repair much lower in cost to me. The team at Classic BMW takes customer loyalty seriously, and certainly repaid my loyalty for being an ongoing customer of the dealership for many years. They always provide excellent service, and I certainly recommend using Classic BMW for service related needs for a BMW. They went the extra mile to help! More
