Still in love after all these years! I’m a BMW fan. It’s a love affair that’s been going on for over twenty five years. So, when I lost this vehicle in a collision, I reached back out to him and I’m so glad I did. He was sympathetic to my loss (we did not purchase gap insurance). He worked hard to help turn a bad situation back into a positive experience. He introduced me to Victoria Archuleta with their financial group. She helped to assure the unused products I purchased on my first BMW were refunded back to my account. In addition, Victoria, helped find us some additional discounts when financing the new vehicle. It was a great relief, and helped assure the buying experience was pleasant. John, also worked to find me a vehicle, with similar qualities, slightly newer with lower miles. Brett was available, knowledgeable, personable, and he never once talked down to my wife during the sales process (this happened at more then one I have the aforementioned dealerships). We are thrilled with our 2019 X5. Even better, after-purchase process has been incredible as well. The service department, BMW genius, online technical support, and Brett (once again) have been available and amazing! I can’t imagine buying a car from another dealership in the future, but I sure can imagine myself in a 2020 BMW sedan. Thanks Classic BMW! More
