It was my first time in this dealership (having been to the one in Dallas and one in Florida) and this was by far the BEST car dealership experience I've ever had! Mostly because of Brett Warren. He was very knowledgeable of every car and SUV I asked him about. He was passionate about BMW and even gave me and my husband a little tour in the back and it was shocking how CLEAN and organized it was in every service area. He was never pushy or intimidating. He never rushed my decision making process. After I made my decision he took extra time to teach me how to customize my settings and briefed me on some of the tech inside the car, things usually left to the "BMW Genius".
