Service after the sales is horrible Bought a truck from these people a few years back and tried several attempts to get the truck in serviced for a few problems, on every attempt I was t Bought a truck from these people a few years back and tried several attempts to get the truck in serviced for a few problems, on every attempt I was told that it would be days or weeks before they could get to it. In the start of summer my a/c had problems and I tried to get it serviced, once again they told me they couldn't get to it for days, I dropped the truck off and drove a lowner, I decided I wanted a new truck a few days later and went to Seth wadley to look around, I found a truck that I like and was going to trade my truck in for it. My salesman told me my trade in value and also told me the only thing that was wrong with my ac was a vacuum line... I asked why my truck had been sitting there for 3 days if the fix was that simple? He replied that they were busy servicing trucks that were pending sales. I decided right then that I was not going to give my money to people like this. Service after the sale SUCKS! Go to patriot ford in Purcell and save yourself a headache! More

When our salesperson was taking care of business other sales people asked if we needed anything, they brought us water. We bought a car and hopefully made some new friends they have showed us that they appreciate our business with e-mails, follow up phone calls and even a thank you note. I would say that is the way it should be to expect repeat business and word of mouth advertisement. More

I was very impressed that I didn't get the typical "Shove it down your throat used car salesman" attitude that you get from other dealers. Julie Leeper - Someone that is very much in high hopes and very fun to work with, her professionalism and helpful knowledge was "AWESOME". I would definitely say she is a key player for this dealership, where would they be with out her? If she wasn't there then how would you make your money. Should my 2009 Dodge Ram 2500 take a crap on me or if I decide to upgrade to another vehicle I would definitely return to the "SWADLEY Family" dealership.
