I was greeted on the phone by Audrey Stringham, she was the most professional and pleasant young lady that got to know me just in the first 5 min of the conversation. She genuinely was concerned with what vehicle I was looking for. She took my needs into consideration and gave me all of the information possible including taking extra pictures and texting me details before I made a trip down to see the truck. She always followed up with me and made me feel like I was in control of my buying expierence.
