Saturday service folks There is a tall, young man with a beard who works Seth Wadley's service desk every Saturday when we come down there for our free oil changes. That young man is always pleasant (especially for someone who works so many weekends) but this past Saturday he went above and beyond for us! We showed up an hour earlier than our service appointment and asked him to accommodate us. He said he would do everything in his power to do so and DID! We were out of there with our freshly serviced vehicle fifteen minutes before our original appointment time! Moreover, we had been receiving a "Tire Pressure Sensor Fault" notification sporadically on the dash of our 2011 Escape. When my wife mentioned this to the young gentleman he suggested it might be caused by a dual port USB charger and sure enough it was! Great *HONEST* service plus free oil changes for life are just a few of the reasons why my wife and I don't mind driving an hour and a half to do business with the great folks at Seth Wadley! Another great experience in service!! I was getting way overdue on my regular oil change because things have just been hectic beyond belief over the last 4 weeks at work. So I finally picked up the phone @ 11am on a Friday to see if somehow they might have an opening they could squeeze me into. I was thinking Fridays and Saturdays at any dealership are the busiest times for service - so I was prepared to hear they couldn't get to me before Monday. Paul McClaine has been the service writer that takes care of me every time, and this time was no different. I drove from OKC to Pauls Valley, getting there at about 2:30pm or so...and somehow they were able to take me right away, and had me ready to go in roughly 20 minutes! Great casual conversation w/ Nikki Blanchard and Paul while I was waiting too. Such super nice people who truly go out of their way to make my service experience there seem like a service being done by my good friends! Thanks so much as always Paul and Nikki!! - Paul More
Bad experience laziness is going to cost me 2k when I should have had months to plan for! When I get a check of everything and it is all in the green. I purchased an air filter, a battery post cleaning kit & wiper blades all for$47 & y'all wanted $135. I understand there is labor involved but it was all less than an hour to do all this. So $88 labor for an hour is outrageous. Sorry for complaining but I have a daughter in college and can't see throwing money away like that, I mean I pay $625 per month on a vehicle I bought there and feel like I was being taken advantage of. More

He changed the door codes, linked my phone to the truck and explained the inner workings of the hands free and voice command systems. Every question I had we was able to explain to my great satisfaction along with the differences between all the 2014/2015 makes and models. I am a long time Ford owner and will definitely return to Seth Wadley Ford for future purchases. More
