Poor customer care Several times I have come to them for something other than an oil change. Each time they either didn't fix it right or left something unfinished. The Several times I have come to them for something other than an oil change. Each time they either didn't fix it right or left something unfinished. The service manager will try to make you feel like it is your fault and smooze you into feeling like you have to pay outrageously for the work that they didn't do right in the first place. I recommend contacting a manager with any and all complaints. The sales, and other departments are great but they need a serious over haul in the service department. More

I told them I had the new tires installed here about 1000 mi During my oil change and service,it was mentioned that my tires need rotation for a cost. I told them I had the new tires installed here about 1000 miles ago and had experienced a slight vibration at 70 mph. They rebalanced my tires at no charge and the vehicle drives great. More
