This was the worst buying experience of my life. Bought a 2103 F250 Lariat. I know this is a big surprise but they only care about that almighty dollar! Client relations are TERRIBLE! They are all honey to g 2103 F250 Lariat. I know this is a big surprise but they only care about that almighty dollar! Client relations are TERRIBLE! They are all honey to get you into a vehicle and then they couldn’t care less. They also use the distance to their advantage BC nobody wants to drive out their for any type of servicing and if they do “it’s going to take 2 weeks so you might as well go to a local shop” That’s their fav line. Haven’t made the first payment and already had to scrub the DPF filter and replace the back calipers and rotors BC they were so thin they tore through the caliper but finally 3 k later and I’m good I think. It’s been 6 weeks hopefully I can get the title in before I have to go out there to get ANOTHER paper tag. More

Don't shop here!! I had found a truck on their website and was in contact with Caitlin by text about it. Also Zach sent me the carfax info on it. I think Zach may be the salesman and Caitlyn may be in another dept..not sure. Anyway I was given the info I had requested although the Carfax info was a little misleading.(first red flag) I text Caitlin and had ask her specifically if the truck was there and to make sure it had the several things that I was most interested in before we drove down there. We're from OKC. She said "yes ma'm." So we headed down there. Well Caitlin wasn't there so Zach remembered my name and said he'd pull the truck up. Well wouldn't you know...the truck was NOT there, it was loaned out!! Bait and switch is what it was!! I then text Caitlin and told her I was there and the truck wasn't and she said "I had no idea, the system said it was!" 10 mins before that she told me it was there!! All she had to do was look on the lot..she knew I was coming from OKC!! So I wasted my time and gas to a lying sales person. Doesn't surprise me actually. Needless to say I was pissed and will not ever consider buying anything from them. I also looked at the reviews and they have a lot of bad reviews. FYI..reconsider where you buy from. More

I was very pleased with the salesman, but the rest of the department has problems. Finance added an extended warranty that we said we didn't want. We didn't realize it at the time because their system was down and they weren't able to print off the paperwork, or that's what they told us. However, as we were walking out the door, they come flagging down with a copy of what they had us sign on the IPad. I only signed my name three times but somehow ended up with several signed documents. It looks as if they were copied and pasted from the three I signed. I talked to management about it, and they were very friendly and said they would take care of it and told me I would get a full refund. He even asked if I would like to trade my car in and he would give me what I owed on it. I called back and told them I would not trade because it was not a good time for me to do that. I asked when I could expect the refund on the warranty I didn’t want and he told me it would take up to 90 days But he first needed me to sign a cancellation form I told him that I didn’t feel I should have to Sign anything to cancel because I didn’t want it to begin with he reassured me it was only so they had proof I didn’t want it and that I would get my full amount back. Well that was lie I only received partial amount back. The car was still in the factory warranty stage so why should I have to pay for something I didn’t want and didn’t even go over the miles to use. When test driving the car a rock flew out of the Semi Trk ahead of us and shattered the windshield. I hadn’t signed papers on the car yet so it was still owned by the dealership. I Went ahead and decided to purchase the car and I told them the windshield would have to be fixed. I signed the papers on the car and left it there to be fixed. Returned to pick it up and was charged 1600 dollars for. a windshield. They didn’t come off the price of the car at all. If only I had know I would have walked away and never signed papers. The Seth Wadley promise is a joke as well. If you want to get screwed you will here. More

Great Sales Manager and salesman! Called and spoke with the sales manager to try to get them to purchase a vehicle from another dealership because I wanted to buy from Seth Wadley. Seth Wadley ended up having two vehicles I could look at. Turned out one of them was the color I was wanting and after a short test drive and some willing and dealing I purchased the truck. Robert and Matt were both willing to work with me. Only negative would be the paperwork process takes forever. More
