Total bait and switch. Can't believe when we got there to see a car they advertised that the keys had gotten lost so they couldn't show it. I almost laughed out loud. My preference would be to give these guys zero stars, but I guess that isn’t an option. After conducting my research on the used car inventory across the OKC metro, I settled on a vehicle that was at thi I guess that isn’t an option. I sent inquiries about the vehicle to the dealership and was assured it was still available. So I started off on my 1.5 hour drive to the dealership. Sometime well after my departure, I received a text from someone at the dealership notifying me the vehicle had sold. Since I was driving, I didn’t bother reading this text. Furthermore, it wasn’t until after I met with the salesperson at the dealership that I checked my texts. What I found irritating was the salesperson didn’t even know the vehicle had sold. In fact, he even told me the vehicle was on hold to another customer. He suggested I pay a couple hundred down on the vehicle and come back the next day for my test drive. All of this when the vehicle had not sold earlier in the day, but LAST WEEK!! I can’t imagine running a business in this manner. Nobody that I talked to seemed to actually know what was going on. I feel like I am doing a public service by urging others to steer clear of buying a vehicle at Seth Wadley Ford. More

There service department sucks i bought a truck that they had put brakes on and didn't put the caliper bolts in or just barely put them in because it fell aginst the wheel so they had to replace that and sho had put brakes on and didn't put the caliper bolts in or just barely put them in because it fell aginst the wheel so they had to replace that and should have replaces the damaged caliper also but didn't now the brake is making noises so I'm not sure they have certified technicians or they just charge the price of them but only have shade tree mechanics by far one of the worst car buying experience I have ever had More

Every one that works there will lie to you. I listed my truck online for sale, right away they sent me a message saying they were interested. Wanted pictures. I was text messaging Addison. I left no detail out on my truck. I did not want to take my truck to them and have any problems. Addison kept asking me when I was going to bring in my truck. I was working with another dealership on buying a truck and as soon as that deal went through I would bring in my truck. In a few days everything was set and I took in my truck Addison sent a message saying see you soon, when I got there she was not there they said she was working from home that day. They guy that was "helping me" said he thought I was there to trade my truck and he was looking for a truck for me all morning. When I asked what kind of truck was he looking for me he could not answer me. They had someone else come over and they said they would only give me $12,000 for my truck. That was not at all what was agreed upon. I argued with them, they then sent someone else over. I had no choice but to sell my truck to them for $12,200 the loan on my new truck hinged on me paying off this truck. When they sent my bank the money they only sent the payoff amount. The $700 that was to go to me, they kept. I had to call them 3 weeks later and ask where the rest of my money was, apparently they were not planning on paying the $12,200 all along. I finally got my money. I left my license plate on my truck on accident because I was so angry when I left there, asked them the same day to mail it to me, it has been over a month and I still do not have my license plate. They keep saying they mailed it. The big kick in the butt is the next day my truck I sold them was listed on the internet for $19,900, yet they could not give me the $13,052 that they promised me. Everyone here lies. Do not go to this place. More
