Seth Wadley has ZERO INTEGRITY! They say and do whatever they have to, to make the sale, but you are on your own as soon drive off! Beware of the "extended warranty" with the $100 deductable.. Very poor service, twice. Kept truck twice for week, parts in stock both times and job promised in no more that "a couple" of days both times. Total bait and switch. Can't believe when we got there to see a car they advertised that the keys had gotten lost so they couldn't show it. I almost laughed out loud. After conducting my research on the used car inventory across the OKC metro, I settled on a vehicle that was at thi I guess that isn’t an option. I sent inquiries about the vehicle to the dealership and was assured it was still available. So I started off on my 1.5 hour drive to the dealership. Sometime well after my departure, I received a text from someone at the dealership notifying me the vehicle had sold. Since I was driving, I didn’t bother reading this text. Furthermore, it wasn’t until after I met with the salesperson at the dealership that I checked my texts. What I found irritating was the salesperson didn’t even know the vehicle had sold. In fact, he even told me the vehicle was on hold to another customer. He suggested I pay a couple hundred down on the vehicle and come back the next day for my test drive. All of this when the vehicle had not sold earlier in the day, but LAST WEEK!! I can’t imagine running a business in this manner. Nobody that I talked to seemed to actually know what was going on. I feel like I am doing a public service by urging others to steer clear of buying a vehicle at Seth Wadley Ford. More
I traded for a car and had it finance. There service department sucks i bought a truck that they had put brakes on and didn't put the caliper bolts in or just barely put them in because it fell aginst the wheel so they had to replace that and sho had put brakes on and didn't put the caliper bolts in or just barely put them in because it fell aginst the wheel so they had to replace that and should have replaces the damaged caliper also but didn't now the brake is making noises so I'm not sure they have certified technicians or they just charge the price of them but only have shade tree mechanics by far one of the worst car buying experience I have ever had More
