DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM! We had spoken with several different people last week over the course of a week, more so with Mr. Alex Moore and Aubrey, on a specific vehicle as we We had spoken with several different people last week over the course of a week, more so with Mr. Alex Moore and Aubrey, on a specific vehicle as we were looking to purchase a truck for my son who is turning 16. We explained to them that we live roughly 3 hours away one way and what our price range was. Numbers were thrown back and forth between my husband and Mr. Moore. They came close to the numbers we were looking for. Due to the distance, we could not make it up there last week between work, travel baseball, etc. We called yesterday early afternoon before heading up there to make sure the vehicle was still available. Yes, it was so we made the drive up there to find out that Mr. Moore was not even there and that they would not use the number that was given to us by Mr. Moore. We also asked last week specifically if we could buy the vehicle outright with a credit card, several different people told us yes but of course, when we got there the answer was different. Also, the vehicle we were looking at, when we test drove it the check engine light came on so the salesperson hooked it up to the diagnostic machine and it just needed spark plugs and we asked if they would fix that, and he said yes. In the end after speaking with finance, the finance guy said no that they would not fix any issues. The whole ordeal was shady and left a very bad taste in my mouth! We were sorely disappointed and angry due to the lack of consistency in what anyone told us. More
