I purchased a vehicle from Seth Wadley Ford in March of this year. The truck had a few cosmetic things we wanted addressed, like leather and decals, along with some issues regarding AC and the running boar this year. The truck had a few cosmetic things we wanted addressed, like leather and decals, along with some issues regarding AC and the running boards. We were told the truck would be fixed and made safe and reliable for our family. They had the truck for over 40 days, claiming supply chain issues and part shortages. Fine. We FINALLY get the truck on 5/11, and it was delivered to our house WITH THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON! When we inquired about this with our sales person, Alex Moore, we were told that the truck seems to be running fine. That's it. We live 3+ hours away from the dealership, so driving it back there was not an option with babies and work schedules, etc. Not that the dealership OFFERED to help, but giving the reason we didn't immediately say no and take it back. That being said, shortly after this the check engine light started FLASHING. At that point, we went through our warranty we purchased and took the truck to a local ford dealership. Within ONE WEEK, they had what they believed to be the issues, fixed. They were MAJOR issues. Issues that could not have been missed. Issues i believe to be an intentional "oversight" on behalf of the dealership who already kept the truck for 40+ days to fix MINOR issues. That being said, fast forward to now and we're going BACK to the dealership that has been helping us unwind the countless issues with the vehicle, for a 3rd time. THREE TIMES our truck has been in the shop since 5/11. Over $5,000 worth of work has already been done on it, and here we are again. Check engine light is back on, issue is unknown at this time, and we're heading to the dealership again. I regret purchasing this truck and am beside myself that we are in this position. Unbelievable. Thanks Seth Wadley. We owe it all to you. Or maybe you owe it all to us...who knows? More
