Initially you guys were great. Once it came down to actually purchasing our vehicle totally different story. This was by far one of the worst car buying experiences we have encountered. Luckily our small children lasted through all the xx of that day. Satisfied with the vehicle, no. The experience on the other hand, absolutely would never do again. Also, could clearly tell the attitude change when you found out we still owed on our vehicle and what our credit scores were. To talk about rude is an understatement. Getting told you are next or it will only be a little bit longer and then hours later, ridiculous. Also stuck us with someone in finance who did not know what he was doing after making us wait for hours. Completely not his fault and he tried his best to explain everything. That is on you (he was the most pleasant out of everyone even if he didn’t know what he was doing) The only upside to that whole experience was the free water. More

Was told the vehicle we was looking at was at the Perry dealership, we got there and it was in the Paul’s valley dealership.
