Do not ever trust them if they say you're approved call the bank and verify we had a vehicle for 3 weeks and did not know. Had to get a refund on my down deposit and that doesn't include the full coverage the bank and verify we had a vehicle for 3 weeks and did not know. Was baited and switched, told that I had a solid deal with a payment of 715 a month exactly 4 days later I was told the lender denied my because of income after being told that lender wanted nothing. I a with a payment of 715 a month exactly 4 days later I was told the lender denied my because of income after being told that lender wanted nothing. I am also expected to pay 50,000 for a truck only worth 35,000 of that, the back glass has been shattered and was poorly replaced, there is a huge dent in the left corner of the cab which is probably related to the poorly replaced rear window. There was a coolant additive light on and when I asked why I got told, “I don’t know much about diesels.” I feel like I was sold a lemon, feel I was ripped off and I am contemplating contacting a lawyer. I will never buy from this dealership again if I ever do make another large purchase again, which I highly doubt after this experience More
