Engineers from Lincoln came and replaced some new electronic module that fixed the problem. It just took way too long. Their communications were timely during this frustrating period-- for all of us. Customer service is *****! No one avoided our calls or dismissed our problem. That's why we return to Sesi and their team for well over 2 decades for both of our cars and will continue to do so. More

Excellent service, even for my older v70 I did not buy my car from Sesi, but I did take it there for service on the advice of friends. I was treated as if I had just bought the newest model o I did not buy my car from Sesi, but I did take it there for service on the advice of friends. I was treated as if I had just bought the newest model off the lot. They figured out a difficult problem on my '05 v70 and made sure I was taken care of while they spent time trouble shooting it and getting it fixed. Free pick and drop off from my home while they worked on it. It sounds crazy, but I can not wait to take my vehicle there next time it needs work, I can trust the folks at Sesi will get my car fixed regardless of how difficult the issue and only what needs to be done, no hassles or worries. What a relief to feel that way about a shop. More

I stopped by the dealership unannounced on a day when most of the sales staff had gone out of town for training. Though he would gain nothing personally from a sale, Gary Medved stepped in for his colleagues and patiently helped me to evaluate some features of the XC90. I was impressed with his kindness and personal attention. Though the sales team generated no direct revenue from their work with me, I hope this review will help them to make future sales.
