Everyone I met including Joe Sesi (the owner) was laid back and informative - no BS or pressure of any kind. Andrew was my salesperson and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the car. Noah (the tech specialist) was available and helped with detailed questions about the Sensus infotainment module and Android Auto. I received a fair price on the trade-in and a very good price on the car. This was the most pleasant (can't believe I'm using that word) car purchase experience I have had. Very strongly recommended! A recent example had to do with my wife who had a problem with a car tire on her Volvo on Interstate 94 about 10 miles from the dealership. She called the owner, Joe Sesi, who sent out two colleagues to assist her. Now that is customer service at its finest. More
