Brought my Mazda in to be fixed, they didn't fix it and five months later it conks out and they tell me I need a new engine for $4,500. The problem was no different and they completely missed it. They offe five months later it conks out and they tell me I need a new engine for $4,500. The problem was no different and they completely missed it. They offered nothing, would not negotiate anything and we completely unhelpful. I took the car to a second mechanic who carefully explained the problem and laid out our options some of which were much cheaper than the $4,500. I feel like I was scammed by them and I will never take my car back to them again. More
I like dealing with Sesi in Ypsilanti. I have bought two Lincolns from Sesi and they are very friendly. I own an LS sedan and a Mark LT truck. The purchase experience was fine, and I have had very good ser Lincolns from Sesi and they are very friendly. I own an LS sedan and a Mark LT truck. The purchase experience was fine, and I have had very good service experiences with them as well. I scratched my LS a few years ago and had to have the rear quarter panel repainted, and the paint work wasn't perfect. That is the only reason I didn't rate them a "5" on quality of work. All other work I had done was warranty work and they did a great job with it. More
SESI, more particularly Jerry Taylor is an ignoble liar. He used subtle means to get me to purchase a vehicle promising me that it would be financed at a lower rate than what I ended up getting. I must adm He used subtle means to get me to purchase a vehicle promising me that it would be financed at a lower rate than what I ended up getting. I must admit that I somewhat allowed him to fool me, but he is such a liar and deceiver. He sold me a lemon on which I have purchased a warranty. I have pointed out some things to him even before I drove off the lot. After the deal was finalized, I took the car to the dealership because of those same concerns only for him to deny that I have ever discussed those issues with him. I made the mistake of not having everything in writing. When I took the car in for repairs, him and his boss refused to honor the warranty because the cost of the repairs was "too high" according to them. They tried to make me pay some subtle fees just for running a diagnostic on the vehicle. They have a lot of hidden charges in everything. You have to be careful with that dealership. They are very malicious. I have my lawyer working on this case. More
