Brad was great. He held the Buick Enclave for us because we were 2.5 hours away. When we got there, he was waiting for us on a Saturday morning on his off day. We found him to be honest in his dealing and was very knowledgeable about GM and the Buick we bought. Brad was very pleasant and helped every step of the way and even put a laminated temp tag on the rear of the car. Much better than paper taped to the rear glass.
