Sales Managers are horrible. I wanted the first because of the color And asked if their service department would look at the wheel. Sales manager said NO. Fortunately, the Infiniti dealership had the same model truck, and I purchased it. I would recommend AVOIDING Honolulu Toyota. More
I went to look at at other vehicles prior to visiting Servco Honolulu. Walked in Rodel helped me and took me around the lot to find specific features I was looking for. Recently bought my first EV, and had a wonderful experience here. I'm so happy we were able to to find what we were looking for from such a reputable dealership as Servco Toyota. The price was fair ($50 below KBB) and the process was stress-free, quick and easy. I feel confident that I good a good car and a good deal. Thanks, Servco! In particular though, our sales consultant, Mike Ikehara, was flat-out amazing. I am so impressed with his outstanding customer service!! He was friendly, knowledgable, and able to explain all the gritty details in plain language. He was always ready and available to assist and answer all our questions, even at odd hours of the night and weekends, when I really wasn't expecting a response. The car was beautiful and sparkling clean down to the details, and Mike stayed late after closing to show me around the car. He then offered to help drive the new car home, alongside my old car (which I had decided to keep instead of trade in)-- literally, going the extra mile to help me out. Thanks, Mike! The car came properly registered and safety certified of course, but I realized a week after signing the papers, that we needed particular paperwork to present at the DMV for a driver's test. We had just 2 days to get it done before the test to avoid having to reschedule for some time 4-6 months later. We turned to Mike for help, and he bent over backwards to make it all happen for us-- within just 24 hours! And better yet, he got us the all paperwork FREE of charge (we would have paid fees anywhere else), and got us in for service before normal business hours, just because that fit my schedule better. I'm honestly blown away at how helpful Mike was. We thanked him a million times, but he just said he was glad to help us and he hoped we would be back next time. You got it Mike! Honestly now I'm too spoiled to go anywhere else. Next time I'm ready to buy a car, I will definitely be coming back to Servco Toyota-- and asking for MIKE IKEHARA! Do yourself a favor, shop at Servco, and try ask for him too. He's the best! More
Brought 2013 Sienna in for misfire code. Spent $1800 for repair. They want more to break down engine which will not fix issue. Verbally quoted over $10K for engine rebuild. Service rep told me to call a different number. Why could he not walk it through with his sales team? Because they are lazy and do not care! I have a problem with Servo and Toyota for only having their engines last till 120,000 miles More

We could NOT believe how well Kaniela knew each of the vehicles on the lot. We didn't even have to negotiate as the prices (of each car we looked at) already beat out the prices the other dealers on the island were advertising for. Unreal. Love this place. Oh.... And balloons for the kids. C' mon. ;) More
