First time car buying was an excellent experience I gave this a five start rated because this was my first time buying a car and I was truly happy with the entire experience. Well today dropped off car at 8:20am and after numerous calls with no answer went to pick up car and zero Got email to come and get your car serviced. I my opinion the reason not done was because it was recall and zateck finish that we already paid for when we purchased the car so no new cash to dealership. Poor Customer Service and actual Service Poor phone customer service. Took several calls to get around waiting a week for an Urgent Service Required, check engine light on. Took it in, hot it Poor phone customer service. Took several calls to get around waiting a week for an Urgent Service Required, check engine light on. Took it in, hot it back, ran a health check on it and now it has TWO urgent service required issues AND I still have to wait over a week to bring it in. I have no choice but to bring it in to them because we did pay for the extra warranty so in other words, they sold it to us, now what do they care what happens, they put people that are paying out of pocket before the customers who already paid out of pocket. It's Obvious. Don't fall for it. They need to replace the person who answers that phone for starters. More

Shuttle Service The free shuttle is a great service. Dropped my car off at the body shop and needed a ride home.
