Don’t take your car to these people! !! They are terrible! They’ll mess your car up and blame it on you! They’re very unapologetic! Took my car in for an oil change, had absolutely no iss !! Ran out of oil and the car shut itself down. Instead of admitting they didn’t replace the cap they said that it was some other issue! They changed the oil that wasn’t leaking and then magically after they changed it, I had an issue with the oil that they didn’t see when they changed it!! The issue they caused cost me $2200! And then they told me my car was ready, I get there and my check engine light is on! Hate them! Definitely won’t be back and you shouldn’t go either!! My lawyer will take care of them! More

I have a new 23 arteaon experienced faulty shocks and due for 1st service. I ended up making 4 trips to dealership, an hour away from my house and spent around. 10 hours waiting in lobby. It was there for ab for 1st service. I ended up making 4 trips to dealership, an hour away from my house and spent around. 10 hours waiting in lobby. It was there for about 2 weeks. I’d told them I was going on vacation and needed something to drive and was convinced that they would get my car back together enough while waiting on parts, for me to drive and it would be safe despite my concerns. I spoke with Scott GM(?) and promised it would be safe to drive. All I heard was excuses. When I picked it up (3rd time) I didn’t get far down the road because I couldn’t control the steering. You would think that after all the issues, someone would’ve tested my car before telling me it was safe to drive. . Said they forgot to align it. It was NOT alignment, I have driven a car out of alignment, there was minimal control of the steering wheel. Assuming a tie rod wasn’t connected. Left my car another week. Last time I went to get my car the change oil was still on and a lug nut was missing from my back tire. I found it in the trunk and it didnt fit the empty hole. Instead of removing them all and putting them in the proper holes, they just threw it in the trunk. I’ll never go back there. My oil light warning still comes on everytime I get in the car, I don’t know if it was even serviced and not reset or what. Weeks of headache. Never had this kind of experience with a vehicle. I’ll be going to a different location. I’ll also be getting rid of my car when I can. Too much trouble for a car that I’d only put about 3k miles on. Customer service poor, had a difficult time getting a loaner, understaffed and no attention to detail. Not impressed with Volkswagen. More
I had a great experience getting my oil changed and tire rotation. I had an appointment and they got me in and out efficiently. Employees were nice and helpful. Wait area for the service department was small; not as nice as the dealership in Huntsville, BUT the fact I could get an appt within a week, the positive attitude of the service personal, and the speed of nice as the dealership in Huntsville, BUT the fact I could get an appt within a week, the positive attitude of the service personal, and the speed of the service more than makes up for it. Appt for 8:30AM. I arrived around 8:10am. I checked in at the desk. At 10:15am my car was still sitting where I left it. I went up to the desk and they magically got I arrived around 8:10am. Another 2hrs rolls by so I go up and ask how much longer because I saw the car was off the lift just sitting inside the shop. They informed me it had been ready about 30 min but that they were waiting on the guy with the scanner to come back to the shop to reset my computer. This was all because our 2022 Taos had a recall that needed addressed. I can assure you I will travel to Royal from now on. I understand customer service and I take it very seriously. The right hand clearly had no idea what the left hand was doing around your service dept. it would be in your best interest to do some training for your employees. More
