Very nice and courteous and showed strong leadership and concern while asking questions and explaining what was going on while getting your car serviced. Also updated you when they started on your car and s concern while asking questions and explaining what was going on while getting your car serviced. Also updated you when they started on your car and sent an email about the inspection showing what they found in case u wanted the extra work done. It made me feel great from the beginning to the end. I knew then, I will always go to Serra Nissan my car doctor. I would gladly recommend Serra Nissan (Car Doctor) to all my family and friends. Bought my 2008 Nissan at Serra and they have done ALL my maintenance. I have over 100,000 miles and still amazing!!
