Serra Volkswagen - Service Center

After several calls over multiple days I finally got to talk to someone and make an appointment to have my Beetle serviced. They’ve seen my car before so they know exactly what I have. I was quoted just ov talk to someone and make an appointment to have my Beetle serviced. They’ve seen my car before so they know exactly what I have. I was quoted just over $120 for the service. When I went to pay it was over $190! And that’s with a $20 coupon!! They didn’t try and remedy it at all! They just blamed the person that set the appointment and said she had misquoted me. Then, on the way home, my car began vibrating and the check tire light and warning came on. I live 50 miles away and I was far enough away that I was not going back to have to wait for them all over again. I went to a tire shop at home and they found that Serra Volkswagen had knocked a weight off when they were rotating the tires that morning. That cost me $67 more to fix that problem. Now it runs well and I won’t be back to Serra again. More

After 3 weeks, Serra Volkswagen still had not brought my car in for even a diagnostic test. Multiple times each week, they told me that there was only 1 car ahead of mine and that is would be looked at sho car in for even a diagnostic test. I took my car to another repair facility and the diagnostic and repair took less than 2 days. Serra tried to charge me even though they had done nothing with my car. I would never recommend anyone go here and I will actively tell people to avoid Serra Volkswagen. What a pathetic business. More
