Overbooked! Took more than 4 hours to get a diagnosis. I had a 10:30 appt and finished up at 3:30. Repair took less than an hour of that. I live out of town, and do not have a dealership at home. I purchased a new Jetta in El Paso, TX a year ago and was traveling to B’ham, AL when my service light came on. I called Sierra but no appointment was available until after the holiday but we were leaving be traveling to B’ham, AL when my service light came on.
