Horrible experience for my first time. I set my appointment a week in advance for 3:30pm. I arrived on time and they told me that it would be at least an hour so I just dropped my car off I set my appointment a week in advance for 3:30pm. At about 5:30 I arrived hoping to pick up my car and no one would tell me if my car had been serviced or not. So I had to leave my car overnight to ensure it would be serviced. There is no reason I should have had to leave my car overnight for an OIL CHANGE. More

They don't do an inspection on the car or if they did I wasn't told. My mats were dirty,and oil or dirt we on my arm rest. My new CrossSport was towed on a Monday. For the next 8 days, I called multiple times a day. From the receptionist saying she cant transfer me; they were to busy, to “they’ll call you back”, For the next 8 days, I called multiple times a day. The receptionist refused to send me to the service department or give me a manger. Amanda, my service rep never once returned my call, and any time I did have her on the phone, so lied about the status of my car and was terribly rude. Im so upset and disgusted by the experience that I will be either selling my vehicle and never returning to VW, or I’ll never do business with Serra VW again, and I’ll be telling everyone of my experience.
