Serra Volkswagen - Service Center

My new CrossSport was towed on a Monday. For the next 8 days, I called multiple times a day. From the receptionist saying she cant transfer me; they were to busy, to “they’ll call you back”, For the next 8 days, I called multiple times a day. The receptionist refused to send me to the service department or give me a manger. Amanda, my service rep never once returned my call, and any time I did have her on the phone, so lied about the status of my car and was terribly rude. Im so upset and disgusted by the experience that I will be either selling my vehicle and never returning to VW, or I’ll never do business with Serra VW again, and I’ll be telling everyone of my experience.
